After being stuck inside for almost two years
I finally see things starting to normalize, well except for the face diapers.
I was able to catch Charlie Chaplin dancing and waddling around on the Defensa street mall, which runs more than a kilometer from the Casa Rosada to Juan de Garay street.
If you toss a couple pesos in the bucket, he will pull you aside and pose for a picture and do a little custom routine involving the originator of the donation. I saw news stories where they interviewed some of these street performers and some said that they make hundreds per day on a crowded street.
Some favorites include living statues who only move when they get a donation. I plan to capture some of these people for posts here, that is, as long as going out remains legal!
