The day is going as expected from a 5K run in Orlando, Florida and then a flight out to Nashville for an Orangetheory Fitness Convention with a 2 hour layover in Miami and now on the plane for the final flight to Nashville. The gate in Miami was quite a distance. It was like another 5K 😂
