What is water fasting??

Water fasting is a way to cleanse your body using only water. Water has literally Zero calorie. Letting your digestive system rest for days actually helps your body in a healthy way.

Does watering fasting really help your body?

Yes, water fasting really helps with lots your diseases and even helps your guts to perform well but you should really know what to put in your stomach before and after the fasting.

What to eat before and after water fast?

Before you even try water fasting your stomach should not be filled with animal products rather it should be flooded with fruits and vegetable. If you had to happen eating cheese, meat, milk and all sort of animal product then you should use enima(drug) before starting water fast.

How long should any one perform this?

Generally, one can practise this fast 3 day in a row for 2-3 times a month. You should listen to your body during fast. Its all depend on your physical health if they are having kidney problems then they shouldn't be fasting at all.

How effective is water fasting?

Fasting is an ancient modality even decribed in the Bible that has been used for thousands of yearsto quell powerful inflammatory state to the body. If there was a pill that lower high blood pressure, cleared out diabetes, quelled migraine headaches, made asthma go away, extinguish the fire and hot painful rheumatoid joints, cleared psoriasis. If there was a pill that does all these we'd be trillionaires but water fast will do all those things, it's that powerful modality.

When to stop water fast?

If your body has reached a point where it's time to break the fast i.e pounding headaches, venting rage of vomiting, about to pass out, pulses gets fast. If you see all these effect in your body then it is your time to end the fast. Its safe.

Who shouldn't fast?
Any person with medication (which shouldn't be dropped the routine) shouldn't go with water fasting.

What do have right after water fast?

You can have 16 ounces of any fruit or vegetable juice but dont just gulp down at once because you haven't been eating anything for 2-3 days. Just pour mouthful juice and mix with saliva and put it down. Take another mouthful of juice after 10 minutes and continue eating whole food after.
