Functions:
Vitamin A is essential for the development of bones, skin & eyesight.
It strengthens the immune system and also helps in human growth by regulating the expression of growth hormone gene.
When in deficiency, you may suffer from night blindness (due to inadequate retinol), dry skin, poor growth and other developmental difficulties.
It is also recommended therapeutically for patients with skin (eczema, acnes, psoriasis) & eye disorders (night blindness).
