~ Vegan Cashew Mozzarella Tomato Basil Sandwich ~
This cashew vegan cheese is melty, stretchy and gooey!
Ingredients:
- 1/4 Soaked Raw Cashews
- 1 Cup filtered water
- 2 Tbsp Tapioca Starch
- 1 Small Garlic Clove
- 1 Tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
- 1 Tbsp Fresh Lemon Juice
- 3/4 Sea Salt
- 2 Tbsp Nutritional Yeast

Directions:
1- Blend all the ingredients in a blender.
2- Pour into a saucepan, stirring constantly over medium heat.
3- keep stirring until gets stretchy and gooey.
