Hi dear friends!
How about a delicious sweet pizza for a change? With a pumpkinseed butter-chocolate ganache and summer berries!
This was a crazy idea of mine, but it turned out very tasty and not that sweet at all! I love to create desserts that aren't too sweet, probably because I have been living without white refined sugar for quite a long time now, and dont need that super sweet taste in desserts anymore.
Anyway, if this pizza isn't sweet enough, add some more sweet berries and enjoy!

No-bake Sweet Chocolate Pizza with an amaranth/millet pops base!
Recipe:
Ingredients:
Base:
- 1 cup amaranth pops
- 1/2 cup millet pops
- 1/2 cup coconut shreds
- 1/2 cup planbased milk (I used oat milk)
- 1/4 cup melted virgin coconut oil
Ganache:
- 100 g dark vegan sugar-free chocolate or chocolate of choice
- 2 tbsp pumpkinseed butter
Method:
- Mix all the ingredients for the base in a bowl and let it sit a few minutes.
- Melt the chocolate and stir in the pumpkinseed butter.
- Spread the base on a parchment paper, and form a pizza base. Pour over the chocolate cream, and put in the freezer for 10-30 minutes until set.
- Decorate with berries, nuts of choice, and enjoy a few minutes after taking out of the freezer!
- Storage in the freezer. Note, it melts quite fast because of the coconut oil and chocolate, so be sure to enjoy it cold!
- Have fun!
