Vegan Peanut Curry - Easy, Healthy, Tasty - Cody Lean

Today I ate something fabolous. To write this post about it makes me hungry again:D

It's a really simple recipe and it won't take much of your time.

What you need:

  • a pan and coconut oil
  • sweet potato
  • broccoli and coliflower
  • onion and garlic
  • some kind of milk (I used coconut)
  • peanut butter (I used creamy without sugar or other stuff...)
  • spices: curry, turmeric, salt and pepper ,chili, and what ever you want

Cut it and put it in the pan. Add peanut butter and milk as much as you want. Add spices. After cooking add pepper.
I like my garlic and onion almost raw. So I they are the last things for me to put in the pan. After turning the heat off. Makes it much better in my opinion.
