Raw Vegan Butterfinger Candy Bars

These are amazing. i recently discovered white mulberries in my local supermarket and i loved them straight away they go perfectly into morning porridge or just on their own. I wanted to find a sweet recipe for them and this is what i found. They really do taste as well as they look they' re chewy, crunchy and really moreish

Blend 180g of white mulberries with 120g of Dry roasted peanuts then add 1/2tsp of vanilla essence and 3 tbsp of amber nectar, squash down onto a lined tray then let set in the fridge for 1/2 and hour..

Then you can make the chocolate yourself with 120g raw cacao butter, 40g cacao powder and 4tsbp of amber necater or melt your own. I made my own which was a first i haven't done that before i would say though that i think its much more expensive this way as cacao butter isn't cheap compared to dark choco. Then when the 30mins is up pour it all over the dough.

Then put back into the fridge until it sets then slice them up into bars whilst still in the tray and put in the freezer for an hour.. Job done.. unluckily for me these weren't ready until late so impossible not to try them
