The paleontology team from Beijing (Chinese Academy of Sciences) revealed that 100 million years ago birds had two tails. This finding is based on the results of ancient bird fossils. This bird habitat is in China with prehistoric animals. Jeholornis is a bird that is larger than a turkey, this bird has claws on its wings and there are small teeth in the lower part of its jaw. Jeholornis males have a long tail and number two and no one knows the function of the two tails, whether as a flying support or to attract the opposite sex. Thus this bird is a new evolutionary pathway for bird species in the past.
