It's our first time ever to have a family vacation though it's only for 3 days but it's worth the trip then. Welcome to the island born with fire.
Why is it called the "island born of fire" because Camiguin Island has seven volcanoes if you will imagine this island is a small part of the country and having those volcanoes will surely vanished it, that if they erupt all at once. But not to worry for it says there's only one volcano that is active and that's!

To view it from a far it almost also have a perfect cone shape like Mt. Pinatubo.
Camiguin is a beautiful place with lots of beautiful resort. We took the trip by fastcat in Cagayan de Oro and it takes 4 hrs to reach the island. It's more comfortable than to take the bus to Balinguan, from Baliguan you have to take the barge to Camiguin. Taking the bus is much cheaper also but it's tiresome.
We book for 2 nights at Agohay Beach front at Agoho it's quite and peace, and has a pool in front of our cottage, which we intentionally took it for the kids really love pool.
And this is where to walk going to the resto from our cottage.
New experience to add in this life, and so much to visit in there which we never have enough time to roam around. For in every spot we go, it took us 1-2 hours before we can leave, because they will never missed to take for a swim? Either it's a falls, white island and a resort pool. How can we make it, to go every tourist spot then?
I'll be back someday and I'll just take picture and won't take for a swim. :)
