Sleep

Man i am trying to get my sleep cycle back to normal and it hasnt been working. Im currently going to bed around 6am and waking around 2pm. Its been nice but id like to go back to what i was doing, going to bed between 12am-2am and waking 8am-10am.

I tried to stay up 24hrs and that backfired. Started waking later than 2pm. Tried to go to bed earlier but dealing w pain situation it hasnt worked. So now its morning and i haven't been to bed yet. I am tired and wakey. Hmmm i need a new plan.
