- We Work Out Loud (WOL)
- Trust is the default behavior until it is broken.
- Collaboration We seek collaboration, we don’t want silos. Try to align with others
- Moderation of self interest. Everyone has it. Spell it out so we can try to align!
- We use open work platforms to conduct our work.
- Your Value Exchange needs to remain current. You are only as good as your last “Value Exchange”.
- We are kind. This is definitely the best way to get good engagement.
- We respect each other’s wellbeing needs. When we are well we are all more productive.
- We welcome and respect diversity of all kinds (including neuro)
- We have a “no blame” culture. We talk about “learning fast” rather than “failing fast”
- We encourage real flexibility.
- Constructive challenge is encouraged. BUT it must be done in an appropriate way,
- We give permission for work to be phun (our spelling)
- It’s OK to STOP. We recognise this is not for everyone always/
