TIPS TO RELIEVE STRESS

Everyone of us will always encounter stress. Stress in work, family, and even health. So here are the following solutions to combat with your problem.

Eat nutritious foods.

  • I didn't say you have to avoid fats, high in calories, carbs, etc. You just to put limit on those and do not forget to fill your plate with fruits and vegetables.

Exercise.

  • Nowadays, some people are too lazy to go to gym, have a jog in the park or even to get up on their beds. It is a bad habit. You have to get up and have to stretch up your arms and legs. Find something you enjoy and do it each day.

Get at least 7 hours of sleep each night.

  • I know some of you have insomnia. Do not tolerate it. Listening to music could make you feel asleep.

Drink lots of water.

  • Make it a habit to drink at least 8 glasses of water a day, less soda or juice.

Make a task list.

  • Do whatever makes you happy and forget about your stresses. List it down and mark each thing as you go off.
