Travel to Vienna, Austria. Part 4. Explore the city - Looking for the Giant panda in Original photos and video

Hello!

The main purpose of our trip to Vienna was to visit the zoo. I always wanted to see the giant panda, but it's very far to go to China😉. In Europe, only a few zoos provide an opportunity to see the giant panda and Austria was the closest country to us for a trip.

Tiergarten Schönbrunn is the oldest zoo in the world. It is located on the territory of the palace and park complex Schönbrunn Palace(I wrote about it in the previous post about Vienna). The zoo was founded in 1752.

Day Tickets for adults cost € 18,50, for children and disabled persons - € 9.

Peacock freely walked around the zoo and climbed into the aviary to the penguins.

The fur seals have such pure water that I also wanted to swim.

Let's go into the koala aviary:

A video with the plushy koala:

The most important thing for what we came to see is the Giant panda. Then we were disappointed. The Giant panda then slept, then ate, turning away. We saw her on a walk, but she was closed by bushes and trees.

We returned to the pandas several times, but they were not active at all.

The most pleasant experience for me was to see the floating bears. They were so graceful in the water. Floating bears is my most pleasant memory of a trip to Tiergarten Schönbrunn.

A video with bears:

This was my trip with disappointment and pleasant impressions.

Thank you for watching my post!
