Soup of The Week or 2 Weeks

Last weekends cooking was a beef barley soup. The beef was seared in olive oil and then cooked with fresh diced up tomatoes for 4 hours. Then the veggies were added based on how long they needed to cook. After about 6 hours of cooking I served myself a hot bowl.

It is interesting to blend some local spices to dish I grew up with. Now I think I like the new version better.

Then I had 9 tubs left over!! This will last a couple weeks, haha.
