Inside the deepest pool in the world

The Y-40 or The Deep Joy in Montegrotto Terme, Italy, is the world's largest swimming pool, where guests can dive or learn to swim like a fish.

The Deep Joy is located on the Terme Millepini hotel in Montegrotto Terme, 45 km from Venice.

This work holds the world's deepest pool, with the deepest point being 40 m.

The 4.300 m3 water tank has a temperature of 32-34 ° C, with caves and a vertical dive tunnel. Swimmers can explore the snorkel with their gas tank or dive freely without any equipment.

The Deep Joy's surface is no different than the normal swimming pool. However, visitors come here often for scuba diving.

The pool hosts many underwater performances, as well as teaching children to swim like mysterious creatures.

Underwater photographer Rino Sgorbani (65) decided to go down to the pool area to record impressive pictures.

In addition to scuba diving, the pool also offers underwater photography and diving training for guests.

The Deep Joy has areas at various depths, ranging from 1.3 to 12 meters, before descending to a vertical tunnel 40 meters deep.

Sgorbani said: "At the shallows, pools as well as the conventional swimming pools. The deepest place feels like the bottom of the sea, but the water is as warm as the Caribbean. "

In addition, a horizontal tunnel running along the length of the pool allows visitors to walk underwater as in a tank of water.
