Granite Boulders and Palm Trees at Clifton Beach

The most gorgeous beach in Cape Town is definitely Clifton beach. It’s just ten minutes of driving from the city of Cape Town, but it’s a small peace of heaven, quiet and beautiful!

We also visited Bloubergstrand beach, Boulder beach and Camps Bay. They’re all great beaches. Boulder beach is a four group beach where we met penguins and you could swim with them in the sea.
But Clifton beach was by far my favorite.
And I think I’ll let the pictures talk for themselves.

Granit boulders scattered across the beach. It’s pretty cool and I’ve never seen anything like this where I live in Norway.

Even though there’s a horrible drought in Cape Town, there’s still green plants and flowers everywhere.

I just love the mountains in the background. So dramatic!

The beach is popular, but not as popular as the bigger beach five minutes away, Camps Bay. This means that it’s not crowded and it’s as peaceful as a beach should be.

I’ll show you that the other beaches aren’t bad either.

Cape Poin beach

Not sure that that’s the name of the beach, but it’s where it’s located.

What’s your favorite beach? And why?
