Berlokasi sekitar 45 km dari Kota Banda Aceh, perjalanan menuju Ie Seuum cukup lancar. Jarak 45 km tersebut dapat ditempuh dalam waktu 40 menit. Setibanya di pintu masuk, pengunjung harus membayar karcis Rp 5.000 untuk satu sepeda motor dan Rp 10.000 - Rp 15.000 untuk satu mobil.
At the tour location, visitors are greeted with green mountain scenery and cloud of smoke that evaporates into the air. Smoke is sourced from hot running water that meets the small channels at the foot of the mountain. The smell of sulfur occasionally smelt.

There are two kinds of pool, one is for adult and another is for children. For the convenience of visitors, the local government built a gazebo or cottage where the visitors can get rest while being in location.
Untuk menikmati kolam pemandian air panas atau sauna, pengunjung harus membayar masing-masing Rp 5.000. Pengunjung dapat menikmati keduanya tanpa batasan waktu. Ada dua jenis kolam pemadian air panas, satu untuk dewasa dan satu lagi anak-anak. Bagi kenyamanan pengunjung, pemerintah setempat juga membangun gazebo atau pondok sebagai tempat peristirahan selama berada di tempat wisata ini.

Terdapat juga fasilitas lain seperti mushalla, beberapa warung, dan toilet di Taman Wisata Ie Suum ini. Bagi anda yang suka berfoto, huruf-huruf yang sangat besar di tebing gunung, bertuliskan "TAMAN WISATA IE SEUUM ACEH BESAR" juga bisa menjadi tempat yang indah dan menarik sesaat sebelum Anda meninggalkan lokasi wisata.
