This very hot day, we visited the coolest place in Italy: The caves of Frasassi, in the province of La Marche in Italy.
These wonderful caves were discovered in 1948. They cover an area of around 13 kilometers. Indeed a magical place and a great trip on maybe the hottest day of our vacation.
The inside temperature was 13 degrees so maybe a little chilly, but I can tell you that with an outside temperature of around 30 or more degrees it was a fine place to cool down.
The pictures speak for themselves.
Enjoy!
