On the last day of my Hiroshima trip, before going back to Osaka, we stopped by Akashi Kaikyou bridge in Hyogo Prefecture, the longest suspension bridge in the world.

Akashi Kaikyou Bridge

This suspension bridge is connected to Kobe town and Awaji Island. Under the bridge is the Bridge Exhibition Center that has a collection of historical bridges. And you can see the Maiko Marine Promenade accessed by elevator and then through a tunnel. The path is lined with mirrors so you can see through the sea. It was a little scary.

After that, we headed back to Osaka.

วันสุดท้ายของการเดินทางแล้วคะ ในวันนี้ก่อนกลับเข้าโอซาก้า เรานั่งรถไฟชินกังเซ็นมาลงที่จังหวัดเฮียวโกะ เพื่อแวะชมสะพานAgashi Kaikyo ซึ่งสะพานแขวนที่ยาวที่สุดในโลก

สะพานอากาชิไคเคียว เป็นทางเชื่อมระหว่างเมืองโกเบและเกาะอะวาจิ บริเวณใต้สะพานจะมีพิพิธภัณฑ์แสดงประวัติของสะพาน เกี่ยวกับการใช้เทคโนโลยีที่นำมาสร้างสะพาน นอกจากนั้น ยังสามารถชม Maiko Marine Promenade ที่ตอหม้อสะพาน โดยต้องขึ้นลิฟท์ไปด้านบนเดินตามอุโมงค์ ส่วนหนึ่งของทางเดินเป็นกระจกใส มองเห็นด้านล่าง หวาดเสียวนิดหน่อยนะคะ
