Balyuan Tower is one of the landmark of Tacloban City way back 1980's when I was in my grade school I always go here and eat my lunch at the top of the tower. I graduated my grade school in Rizal Elementary Central School near in Balyuan Tower that why balyuan tower was been our play ground..
All that born in 1980's and grow up in Tacloban City know the Balyuan Tower.
Now these is what the place look's without the tower.
