Reese Towpower Solo Hitch Alignment System - Product Review

The claim is pretty simple, the Reese Towpower Solo Hitch Alignment System will assist you in hooking up your trailer to your tow vehicle by yourself. Since we don't believe everything we read, we had to try it for ourselves.

So we hooked up our travel trailer and towed it over to an empty school parking lot on a weekend day. Julia had no experience with backing a vehicle up to a trailer to prepare for hitching so we knew she was the perfect guinea pig for this review. She did it two times and both times were successful. Our video shows her 2nd attempt although I did get a great photo of her first attempt. During her first attempt I thought I was taking a video but it turns out I had only taken a photo and then walked around holding up my phone and commentating like a complete idiot. Check out our video below.

  • Lightweight and compact for easy storage.
  • Easy to install and use.

  • None, this product works as designed and advertised.

Final Analysis
The Reese Towpower Solo Hitch Alignment System is a great tool to have in your towing arsenal. It is portable and much less expensive than purchasing and installing a backup camera. Easily a 5 star product in our opinion.
