Iran, a country with many taboos, has two of the most romantic bridges, the 33 hole bridge and the Heju bridge. The two bridges are located south of the Isfahan district of Isfahan, Iran. The 33-hole bridge is known as one of the world's ten most beautiful bridges. It is said to have been in 1599. Aravedi Khan of Georgia, the minister of the Athas I (Safavi Empire), was responsible for the construction of the bridge, which was built in 1602. It was a double-deck bridge with 33 arches, so it was called the 33 hole bridge.
