travelling the world

part D.where to sleep on your way. a hotel is for the average traveller to expensive. i recommend a hostel, its for people of all ages nowadays, you make contact with other travellers, maybe you will meet a compagnion , that is if you want company. prices are rather cheap. but you need internet on your phone or tablet, you can look ahead in each hostel or in places like mcdonalds for instance for internet, to see where the nearest and cheapest hostel is, that brings with it, you have to look after your expensive stuff. DSCN1594.JPGif you don't have money, you can ring a farmersdoor and ask if you can sleep in the barn, a sleepingbag is always needed, you might have to sleep outside, so start your travel in a sunny country in summer, a country like spain is doable in summer, but the ground is hard and unexpected insects can show up or mice in the field. dont sleep to close near the houses, but also not to far, feel into safety. you could best practice first by going for instance on foot to compostella, a pilgrimage through nature with sleeping places for a few euros, you can try even to sleep somewhere outside as an excercise, but away from passersby. always keep in mind to take as little luggage as possible in your backpack, wear good natural socks and good shoes, thats the most important.wool smells less, so one good wool sweater and a cotton shirt, not more, you need to wash your clothes on the way, socks and underpants are the most important, but take only a few with you, buy a good deodorant, that is odorless and usable for your total body, for instance a KRISTALLdeo stick from murnauers for men and women or ask in your natural store.
