White sand beaches in México

I've always been more interested in travelling to places off the beaten path, either way up north or way down south, which are usually less warm and sunny. Call me crazy, but I'm just more interested in the cultures in those places for some reason.

But a few months ago I visited the Caribbean coastline of México and realized what people mean when they say 'tropical paradise'. This place was postcard perfect in the most beautifully cliche way. We were at a town called Tulum.

I'd never experienced such white sand and such warm, clear water before.

The palm trees lining the beach were just idyllic.

Small boats that could take you out snorkelling were anchored in the calm waters.

Though it was very touristy, it was yet again another beautiful part of the world to experience that I'm very grateful for.

I'm a 25 year old photographer from Australia, who has been exploring North America for the past three years. I'm in love with the outdoors and love sharing my passion with others through my photos.
