Berlin, Germany: Berliner Dom

The Berliner Dom was one of the highlights of my time in Europe. The moment the organ starts to play you get chills down your spine, and the size of the organ is unbelievable. Parts of it have burned down, been torn apart, and rebuilt throughout the years. It's crazy how much history it has lived through. People were there attending their usual church service. I wonder if you ever become desensitized to this kind of architecture.. it certainly puts the churches I've seen in the cities I've lived in, to shame.
