We had several opportunities to minister to the people of Kenya. On our first day of actual work, we began our day with a visit to the Rehema Home Orphanage in Nairobi which serves approximately 60 children, several of whom are HIV positive.
Our group split and helped the kids with games and crafts. Taylor and John helped coordinate basketball games, while Rachel and Katy helped with other games.
Angela, Kyleigh, Pam, Jenny, Abigail and others helped with crafts. Some of us circulated into the craft area as well to help out.
We had the opportunity to interact and fellowship with many of the children.
Some of the kids really loved playing with our glasses.
This ministry touched our hearts. Great work is being done at Rehema and we believe it will touch your heart too.
