Eggplant, pepper and domates dolma.

Spring change our kitchen too, not only our mood. Kitchen has different colours and smells in the spring . The most popular meal in my land is dolma. Ve have different kinds of dolma in Azerbaijan. One of them is prepared in the spring and summer. For to prepare this dolma we use eggplants, pepper, domates and meat.
Its very taste and coloured meal, i like it and to cook often.

For preparing this meal first we roast force-meat in the butter. Take out incide of vegetables, wash them and fill with meat.
Put vegetables in the pot, first eggplants and pepper, add some butter and mashed domates. Ten minutes later put domates-dolmas, because domates are soft than eggplants and pepper.
After 30 minute dolma is ready.
