Papaya Puk Puk o Somtam

Everyone knows it and everyone should taste it. Somtam ist spicy - sometimes spicy like hell but I love this burning feeling on my tongue. This healthy salad is a must eat in thailand and you have seen somtam so often...but go out taste it...or prepair at home...its so easy with green papaya, some cabbage, peanuts, chilis, fishsauce, lime, tomato, dried shrimps, green beans and garlic...Thais add lots of palm sugar, I prefer with less...and if it`s too spicy some sticky rice together with the somtam will help.
