FOOD DIARY 101 in Nha Trang, Vietnam for FUSSY Eater

I'm sure family with young children faced a dilemma when travelling to overseas for the first time, thinking about food for your babies, toddler and kids.

I am always worried about that part and to think of it 3 times a day, stressed me out hahahahaha..

Therefore to ease the stress, we decided to stay in a 5-star private villas. Our aim is to get as much needed rest and enjoy the beaches there (being first time there). So the next trip to Vietnam (to other cities perhaps), i'll stay in the city.

1 thing to note for our muslim friends, not easy to find 'halal' food. Even their fast food eatery serves pork burgers.

Needless to say... here are some food we had while out visit to the beautiful beaches of Nha Trang (heard of that name? AirAsia flies there direct).

(Carbonara Spagetti... i know i know it's not vietnam food... but the first photo, at least we indulged ourselves with their classic Beef Noodle)

(Raw mackerel, lots of salami and beef noodles again)

(Loved their sticky rice topped with salt and sesame seeds, mixes with chinese sausages and chicken stew. I mixed my plate with fried noodles)

(Stir fried beef with cashew nuts with steamed rice and salad on the side)

(Fried spring rolls with beef and mixed veg)

(Vietnam Coffee served cold, a must try. Very rich and creamy)

This is what i called it, a relaxing, stressed free breakaway for me and my family (minus the husband - busy working).

Where did we stay? VinPearl Nha Trang Long Beach Villas. VinPearl has a lot of other 5 Star hotel accommodation. Highl recommended if you can share the cost with your friends...
