I want to provide information on Aceh cuisine known as Apalaleh satay namely beef satay served with soto sauce containing beef offal and peanut sauce and rice for us to enjoy the Apaleh satay.
Apaleh Satay has beef that is so tender with a very delicious aroma. Fresh and selected beef one of the most delicious flavors with Apaleh's own blend of spices. Place bamboo sticks on the slices or pieces of beef to be roasted over a charcoal fire.
After cooking Apaleh satay is served with their own mixed peanut spices to be watered onto the satay.
This peanut sauce is made from ground peanuts pounded with traditional Acehnese tools, then cooked with coconut milk and spices with a mixture of brown sugar and sweet soy sauce for a delicious flavor enhancer.
