Last night I spent a nice evening at the pizzeria Due&Undici in Bisceglie. I arrived really hungry and together with my Ici we immediately ordered central appetizers: buffalo mozzarella and ham cut evenly and thickly.
The place is very pleasant and the room was simply set up. What I liked best was the open kitchen, that is, it was possible to see the cooks and the pizza maker live while working in real time. The appetizers were served quickly and with extreme courtesy by the waiters.
Then we ordered a mixed seafood fry that is shrimp and squid, really exceptional. The frying was light and crumbly, served with a slice of lemon for those who, like me, like juice on frying. My friend instead ordered the tuna tartare, served impeccably and neatly on the plate, with rocket, tomato and zucchini. Presentation is a work of art.
Even the pizza is really good, perfumed and evenly seasoned. The scent is something indescribable. If you want to eat well and above all eat more refined food, pizzeria Due&Undici really recommend it!
