Nice ramen restaurant with innovative idea -Ganso Tsukemen

so today I went to this resturant to have ramen as dinner. You just have to walk 5 minutes from Tsim Sha Tsui station to arrive here.

這個晚上去了這間餐廳吃沾麵，距離尖沙嘴地鐵站還蠻近的，走五分鐘就到了。

So it have a menu outside the resturant, its quite expensive but it looks attractive, also the restuarant is quite famous so we decided to give it a try.

門外放著菜單，價錢方面還蠻貴的，算是尖沙嘴地區的價錢，不過看起來還蠻吸引的而且這間餐廳還算有名，於是決定試一試。

I'm a bit hungry so i ordered a dish of dumplings consisted of 5 pieces and cost me around 4USD.
Well i think its soso, not delicious but not rubbish.

有點肚餓所以先點了一客餃子，要價$35 HKD 差不多4USD吧。還算不過不失的，下次未必會點LOL

So this is the ramen i ordered~ The lobster TSUKEMEN with BBQ pork. The noodle is weighted as 180 gram, u can upgrade it to 280 gram which cost about 2 USD, but 180 gram is way enough for me. The service is quite good here i think, as u can request for a heated rock bowl if it cooled down, also u can have a soup after finished the noodle for free. The sause is like the lobster soup in western restaurant LOL, well generally i think it is delicious.
But end up its a bit expensive, for two people dinner we paid around 32 USD.

那這個就是我點的麵，元祖龍蝦沾麵～ 麵是180克的，你可以加$15HKD 去升級到280克，不過180對於我來說已經很足夠了。這裡的服務蠻好的，如果你的石鍋冷卻了你可以要求重新加熱，而吃完麵後還可以免費加鰹魚湯到沾麵的湯底來喝。 其實那個湯底就像西餐的龍蝦湯一樣，味道方面差不多，整體來說我覺得味道不錯的。但是還是有點貴啦，這晚我們兩個人來吃，吃了$255HKD
