SweetMeat
Sweetmeat is a traditional bakeries item food in Bangladesh. It’s popular among yough generation. Now it’s available at nearby restaurants. This food is very sweet and tasty. You can check the photographs that different forms of sweets are avialable there.
My Experience
Couple of weeks back, while walking through the stree for daily shopping, I observed this nice Bakery. Its famous in Chittagong for bakery items. I ordered some sweet and enjoyed its taste. It was tasty and good experience.

As far I know and talked with them-
Ingredients:
- Milk
- Atta
- Sugar etc
Food Preparation
I don't know much about this food. Its being produced from Milk and suger is added with it. I know upto this.
Feature or Specialty of the food
- Sometimes taking as dessert
- Sometimes as bakery items
- It reduces hunger instantly as full of glucose.
- Delicious and soft
- (Its discouraged by Old people due to diabates problem)
Specialty or Feature of the Restaurant
As it is beside the Bus Stand, Journey People normally visit here. People went for shopping may visit there.
Well decorated Bakery outlet. There godown in in any other place. Food value, Hygiene, Environment and Service is also very good. Its very popular bakery here in Chittagong.
Drawbacks of the Restaurant
- Space is very small to take food there
- Only two salesman
- Open shed
Price
Per piece is about 10 cents of USD. Its good deal with softness. Per kilogram may charge you 4 USD. About 15 pieces are abailable in per kilogram.
