Traditional balinese cake

Bali has many traditional food that should not be missed.

The one that I tried this morning was a traditional Balinese cake. These traditional Balinese cake can be served with coffee or tea. You can find these cake at the market or traditional cake traders in Bali.

Materials for making this cake are rice flour mixed with water and natural dyes such as suji leaves for green and coconut milk for white ones.

This cake is served with melted brown sugar and a sprinkling of grated coconut
