STEEMIT CULINARY CHALLENGE #36 - Winners & New Theme - Everyone Welcome for SBD Prizes!

Many thanks to last week's guest judge @rouketas, who not only picked a fantastic theme of "Ice Cream" for us, but provided us with a bonus prize for the 'Most Unique Flavour'.  He is also the man behind @greek-trail, who gave us yet another bonus prize for the 'Most Blue & White Entry' to help bring attention to all the exciting things happening with the Greeks!  Hooray for @rouketas and the @greek-trail!!!  The entries this week were phenomenal... I keep thinking 'surely they can't get any better than this' and still they keep getting better and better!  Seriously - we'll end up having to open our own restaurant so that the rest of the non-Steemit world doesn't miss out on all this talent!  @rouketas will tell you it took him several hours to judge the entries, as it's no easy task... not with such high-quality submissions.  @englishtchrivy also had difficulty deciding who to award her 'Most Creative Entry' bonus prize, so you'll see she has selected two, and we give her much thanks for this!

CHANGES TO RULES - PLEASE READ!

Before we progress to admiring the winning entries, I must first point out a few changes to the RULES.  I didn't make it clear enough before, so now I'm making it really clear!  These clarifications are now in the rules section below, but I will point them here so there's no excuse for missing this important info.  Please remind yourself of the other rules by scrolling down... there are 8 altogether and they must be adhered to in order for your entry to qualify.  Entries that fail to follow the rules will be disqualified.  These rules are in place to ensure fairness to all participants, and there's no 'wriggle room' I'm afraid!

* Only new entries that have been created in response to the weekly theme will be accepted.  No old recipes from blogs elsewhere, no re-submitting archived recipes from your Steemit blog.

* You must take step-by-step photos of the process, no matter how simple.  Not only do we need to verify that the dish was indeed made entirely by you, it's also helpful for others who wish to follow your recipe and make your dish.

* Each photo must display a sign saying "Steemit + the date + your @steemit-account-name.  Previously the rules allowed you to simply write your name on each photo to claim them as yours, or to take a photo of you eating the finished dish.  But that still enables old recipes to be passed off as new, so neither of these are allowed from now onwards.

For those of you who have never entered this challenge before - it's very easy, just SCROLL DOWN for this week's THEME, RULES and PRIZES.  You don't have to be a master chef - just try to be creative with your recipes and take beautiful photos, since unfortunately we can't taste the entries so you must help us do this with our imaginations!  Original recipes are encouraged, but you may use someone else's recipe as long as you credit the original source.

This week's guest judge is @ch00fy, head chef and family man living in Perth, Australia.  Many of you are already acquainted with @ch00fy and his cooking, but if you're not I really recommend you take a wee nosey through his blog.  You'll find loads of great posts - all kinds of wonderful recipes, promoting use of quality ingredients and how to prepare them, encouraging choices for good health, increasing our awareness of certain methods used in the food industry (like this post - What The Heck is Meat Glue? - read to find out haha!)  So if you're after recipes that are creative, interesting and good for health, well, just follow @ch00fy!  Due to his family's former restaurant business he has been specialising cooking German cuisine for a long time, and has developed a passion for it.  So no surprises the theme he has chosen for us this week is...
