Hi @teamsteem ! I really appreciate the recommendation! I took a quick look at his blog and all of his content looks wonderfully curated. I'll definitely be using some of his tips as I go through this. :)
I also like his "if you're only eating healthy food you have an eating disorder" post. xD I know so many friends who say you shouldn't splurge. Glad to know that it's okay to do it once in a while!
