You are right about all the people willing to help here. One of the biggest drawbacks for a new user on FB is there is NO help. It's as if everyone is supposed to automatically know how it works.
In addition, here you can meet new people and learn about the places they live around the world. Over there it's just a bunch of people posting memes and what they had for supper.
