Cut Nyak Dhien Museum was formerly the residence of a heroine named Cut Nyak Dhien. It contains a collection of Aceh's history which is now managed and maintained by the Aceh Besar District Government. Only the original foundation of this building, and which now stands is the result of renovation of buildings that had previously been burned by the Dutch
