Almost out of time, Here is my entry for this week SIC. It’s all about:
Lentils
I’m very late, so I’m going to be fast:
Lentils and Pumpkin
Ingredients:
I boiled the lentils with some onion, garlic and celery.
On the side, I made a nice cream, boiling pumpkin, potato, celery, onion and garlic in a veggie broth. Blended everything together and seasoned with salt pepper and coriander.
Pumpkin sweetnes goes very well with lentils. It’s a very nice helthy dish.
