  • Avoid eating fried or open foods sold in the open.
  • Accept the foods that contain vitamin B and C.
  • Do not go to crowded places because most viral infections occur due to inhalation, drinking contaminated water or eating food and coming into contact with such people.
  • Do not share your clothes or toiletries with anyone else.
  • Keep in mind that your stomach is empty and you are not complaining about constipation.
  • Drink at least 8 to 10 glasses of water every day.
  • Do not make any diet plans during this season.
  • Do not rush to take antibiotics. In a common illness like cold, it is completely ineffective. It may also be that antibiotics help prevent bacterial in the patient's body.
  • The common cold is limited to itself. Your immune system helps you deal with it.
  • Special attention to personal hygiene. Try to keep the shoes out of the house and wash hands thoroughly before touching the things in the house.
  • Chamomile, lemon or ginger like herbal teas can calm viral infections to a lesser extent, causing a lot of relief to the patient.
  • Viral infection can also affect your digestive system, so chew the food properly and eat it. Remember that digestion of carbohydrate (starch, sugar) starts with saliva and enzymes in your mouth.
  • Acquire a rhythmic pattern in breathing and exhale. The time of breathing should be equal to the time of exhalation. And remember also that your lungs should spread during respiration and not your stomach.
