> Cilok Beef Mozarella <
Ingredients
150 gr tapioca
100 gr flour
70 gr beef, milled
1/2 bh of medium size onion
1 btg leeks, chopped
to taste broth
Field:
diced Mozarella cheese to taste,
Ground spices :
6 pcs of garlic
1 teaspoon ground pepper
to taste salt
Step
Saute the onion until wilted, put the ground meat. Stir well, set aside.
Mix flour + spring onion + finely spiced. Pour little by little boiling water broth / in a hot state, mix well. Do not smother. Stop adding water if the dough is scavenged.
Take a little dough, flatten the cheese, round. Do it continuously until the dough runs out.
Boil round batter in boiled water first, lift already floating.
