Steem and Bitcoin look like they are mirror images

Steem at about $1.00

Bitcoin at $6,069.00

Like in a mirror they are showing a reverse of each other while Steem is going down, Bitcoin is going up, I wonder if Bitcoin will have a ceiling in the coming days, probably after the hardfork and it will have a correction making the price go down, otherwise I guess some people will be correct and we will be seeing a $10,000.00 Bitcoin before long.

Steem, I really don't know I hope it goes up but I see no reason why it should, it has been stagnating lately except for a couple of days after @ned announced the SMT, it peaked at around $1.60 but then it came down steadily until it practically stabilized itself, hovering between $1.00 and $1.10. I guess we will have to wait for SMT to start working and if it is successful we could see a rapid increase in price.

Now I need some money and I am powering down, but I don't want to sell at this price so I am basically waiting it out, of course once I have paid some money I owe I will once again start hoarding Steem, it is after all free money, and I am getting good at writing about anything, I understand my posts aren't that good but I have lost my self criticism, I used to write something and say hey I'm not posting this crap people will probably make fun of it- well I've lost that fear I still write the same crap but I don't care about what people think about it, I still post it, and I guess once the hard fork is over I could be able to start getting some up votes again, I guess people are kind of apathetic with the uncertainty all of these hard forks, ICO's and some scams that are coming out of nowhere, so I expect they are waiting to see what happens, I hope this settles down after the 25 of October and we will be back to people actually up voting posts, not just the bots.

I know I have told you I don't like bots, I think they vote some shitty posts just because the authors are on the lists, and some great posts go practically unnoticed because of delegation and people not doing their own curation, but I have given up and understand that bots are a necessary evil (let's call it that) so I can live with them.
