It's another beautiful Taco Tuesday. How's the day going in your various locations. I decided to go visit friends today after a couple weeks of staying indoors. That's how it goes sometimes. Today was a successful one for me only that my internet signal was super poor. I just managed to get signals this evening as I got back home so I haven't been able to fight battles on Splinterlands since morning due to the poor signal. I have fought some battles in the MODERN league this evening after claiming a KICKING ROC SKIN in the daily streak spinwheel. My GLINT balance for this season is now at 5100 and my total amount of GLINT is at 76,167. Thats amazing to me. The journey has been rough but I'm getting there bit by bit. Slow and steady. I need 900 GLINT more to achieve my target of 6k. 5 days to go and the season is over. I think by tomorrow I should be able to reach 6k.
My FRONTIER battles today has been tough too and I guess it's cos more newbies are getting on Splinterlands and there is more competition cos the battles on there has been pretty crazy lately. Lol. Am I the only one experiencing it. I think we are beginning to have more skilled players on there which makes it more exciting and fun-filled. I claimed 4 foundation cards today after winning five battles in the FRONTIER league and the cards were all COMMON cards but it's totally perfect. Not everyday is Christmas... Haha! The names of the cards are the HUNGRY ULUND, the NIM GUARD CAPTAIN, the NEW BELUROC AEGIS and the MAD GEARHEAD. 2 entries into the weekly FORTUNE draws was also included in the items I claimed as daily rewards in the league today.
