Most people have the feeling that they have never been truly accepted by parents or other people in their live. Some have been really well accepted and a lot of people not so much. Acceptance, control, manifestation, letting go all have to do with the solar plexus.

In order to develop huge manifestation powers you have to meditate on that point.
The longer you meditate on it (without pushing anything) just observing that point in silence the more you can release old blockages and emotions and thereby develop incredible energy and manifestation powers.
You can also initiate it with the Mantra RAAAAAMMMM (A as in Mum) chant that mantra around 20 times and then observe this spot for another 30-60 minutes every day in meditation.
