Two tips for spd

If you are suffering from symphysis pubic disorder here are a couple of tips to help. One is to strengthen the muscles around your pelvis to hold them more stable the other is a lovely comfort measure to help during the day.
Use them both because strengthening the muscles will also help postpartum.
