What do we need?
1 cup of small cream cheese
1 large paprika of the color you prefer: red, yellow or green (in other countries it is known as pepper)
½ cup of sugar
¼ cup of white vinegar (my friend Gabriela Sáenz makes one with balsamic vinegar that looks great so you can use that too)
½ cup of water
how will we prepare it?
First, it chops the paprika in small squares. In a small pot add water, sugar, vinegar, paprika and bring to medium heat until it begins to thicken.
Unmold the cream cheese on a plate and pour the paprika sauce over it.
Another option is to liquefy the cheese with the paprika sauce if you do not want to see the bits. It will be a very beautiful color and everyone will wonder: what is this delight?
