A shitpost is contextual absence; inane writing that doesn't offer (1)insight, (2)value, and (3) doesn't solve a problem.
Its mere worthlessness negates the need to post it, thus posting it makes it a shit (worthy flushing down) post.
It's relative to the reader, not the writer.
