Christmas spacial, Red Velvet Snow Cakes. 7 day Recipechallenge day #4.


Ingredients: 2 or more oranges, 2 eggs, 200 grams of butter, 1 cup of custard sugar, flour (self-rising flower) 400 grams, Amand mills 125 grams, egging sugar 125 grams and white egg white 50 g.
Italian Merrang: Castor Sugar 125 grams, 35 grams of water, 50 grams of egg white, Egg White powder a little, Meal color (Purple, Black), Sparklels and ketchup are preferred.

Procedure: Remove the juice of orange juice. Take the orange portion from the orange peal. Then blend well with butter, sugar, eggs, orange juice and zest (top part of the shell) in blender. Egg beeters can also be used. Blend a little while with flour and make a mixture of cakes. Spread baking paper in 6 inch or 7 inch baking tray. Pour the mixture of cake four times into four baking trays. Wait for a 15-minute minute or even a golden color when the pre-hit oven is made at 190 degree centigrade. When you are done, drop the oven from the tray and take out the cake from the tray. Customize the cake when it is cold.
