Morning Self-Care:

– Get up from your bed and have a nice warm shower.
– Have a cup of coffee in your pajamas.
– Participate in some yoga.
– Cook your favourite breakfast.
– Listen to some meditation music.
– Have a cup of tea in your pajamas.
– Get out of your pajamas and wear your favourite outfit for the day.
– Do a workout session to wake up.
– Do morning meditation.
– Brush your teeth and use mouthwash.
– Have a glass of water.
– Have a smoothie.
– Make your bed.
– Tidy up your home.
– Vacuum your home.

Night Self-Care:

– Have a cup of tea before bed.
– Brush your teeth and use mouthwash.
– Do some colouring.
– Journal for awhile.
– Put on some candles.
– Watch your favourite movie.
– Watch your favourite TV Show.
– Binge eat to your favourite TV Show or Movie.
– Have your favourite snack.
– Put on your favourite pajamas.
– Listen to some meditation music before bed.
– Paint your finger nails or toe nails.
– Have a movie night with snacks. – Healthy snacks!
– Have your favourite healthy snack.
– Trim your toe nails or finger nails.
– Have a warm bath before bed.
